House of Marchan Golden Fried Chicken – Wings
- ½ cup of green seasoning (blend of green herbs)
- Salt
- HOM Mango Guava Pepper Sauce
- Black Pepper
- 1 lime
Clean and marinate chicken with above seasoning
Flour mixture
- 2 or 3 cups of all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp Cornstarch
- Add a dash of the following
- Salt
- Pepper
- Complete seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Onion Powder
- Ginger powder
Combine all ingredients
Coat seasoned chicken with flour mixture. Set aside for a few minutes such that flour is absorbed into chicken. Heat oil (enough to deep fry chicken) med high. Place chicken into oil. Fry until golden brown (skin starts separating from bone of chicken)
The Alternative
*Wisk 3 or 4 eggs. Dip seasoned chicken in eggs. Remove and add to flour mixture. Set aside for a few minutes then Fry Chicken Fry.
Recommended:
Served on bed of watercress drizzled with honey, side of French fries / seasoned potatoes / veggies
